My first new car in 8 years. First time I've bought something where I chose exactly the colour I wanted, picked the one from the top of the range, added all the optional extras, etc. I need to run the engine in before I really start driving it properly, but I fucking love it already.

Now includes a yellow tang, pair of clark's clownfish with bubble tip anenome, coras wrasse, cleaner wrasse, mandarin, five chromis, pixie hawkfish and a bunch of coral.

I'm bored so I've decided that from now on I'll name my posts the same way that Scrubs episodes are titled.

Boronia Aquarium forums, I love you. Greatest find ever. My bristlenose have been breeding like crazy recently, as soon as I remove the eggs from the parent tank and put them in the fry tank, they lay again. Got a few hundred fry at the moment so decided to clear out some space for the next batch. First batch was up to about 3cm and would probably sell them to stores for about $1.00 - $1.50 each, but I advertised them on the forums and sold the entire lot (about 60) within a few days at $3.00 each and I've still got people ringing me and asking me if I've got any left, telling me to call them when I have more. Each time they seem to produce more fry than the last batch as well.

Wooo... I love easy money.

Now I just need the longfins to start breeding, as I can sell them for double the price.

On another note, I like pie. Time for a beer.

I got a really nice photo of Kat and I at Russell's 50th that I want to print off but Kat has been afflicted by the red eye demon and (a) I don't have photoshop (b) downloading it and so forth is way too much effort for me :P

If you've got spare time and you feel like messing around with it for me let me know where to send it to. I'm guessing you're back at school now though so if you're busy all good!

Does anyone know any second-hand bookstores around the place that buy second-hand books?

I've got a big box full of books, mainly fantasy I think, that Kate left at my place ages ago and if I can get a few bucks for them rather than toss them out then that would be great.

Alternately, does anyone read fantasy and want free books? :P
